3. Short Writing Task

(Based on Verbal and Visual Stimulus)

BASED ON VERBAL STIMULUS

Verbal Stimulus पर आधारित Short Writing Task को करते समय ध्यान रखने योग्य बिन्दु—

1. दिए गए Verbal Stimulus का ध्यानपूर्वक अध्ययन करें।

2. शीर्षक व विषयवस्तु के विषय में स्पष्टता Verbal stimulus को समझकर करें। शीर्षक, प्रश्न में ही होता है, उसे समझकर ढूँढें व लिखें।

3. Verbal Stimulus की सूचना के अनुसार आवश्यक tense का प्रयोग करें। जिस tense में Verbal Stimulus हो उसी tense में paragraph लिखें।

4. शीर्षक को पृष्ठ के बीचों-बीच लिखें।

5. संक्षिप्त व अच्छे वाक्य बनाएँ।

6. अपने तर्कों या बिन्दुओं के समर्थन में तथ्य, आँकड़े, प्रमाण आदि दें।

7. व्याकरणिय (grammatical) त्रुटियों से बचें।

8. चिन्हों का उचित प्रयोग करें।

9. शब्द-सीमा का ध्यान रखें।

10. Task को पुनः पढ़ें ताकि किसी भी त्रुटि को सुधारा जा सके।

Verbal Stimulus पर आधारित Short Writing Task बिल्कुल उसी तरह ही लिखे जाते हैं जिस तरह से Paragraph लिखे जाते हैं। इसे लिखते समय दिये गये Verbal Stimulus को ध्यान में रखना अत्यावश्यक है।

यहाँ पर Verbal Stimulus पर आधारित उपयोगी Short Writing Task दिये जा रहे हैं। जिनके अध्ययन से आप इन्हें लिखना समझ सकेंगे तथा अन्य topics पर भी सफलतापूर्वक लिख सकेंगे।

I am Sangeeta. I read in class . I get up early in the morning and go for a walk in the nearby park. One morning, I found a smart mobile phone lying on a bench. At first, I felt excited but also concerned, realizing someone must be anxious about losing it. I unlocked it by answering an incoming call from the owner's friend, who helped me contact the owner. Diwali

Diwali is a festival of lights. It is celebrated every year by the Hindus. It is a five days festival which begins from Dhanteras and ends at Bhai Dooj. It falls every year on the fifteenth day of the Kartik month.

Houses are cleaned and decorated, earthen lamps and colourful electric bulbs are lighted to welcome the Goddess Lakshmi and gifts and sweets are distributed among friends, neighbours and relatives. This festival is celebrated to mark the happy return of Lord Rama with his wife and brother to his kingdom (Ayodhya) after fourteen years of exile.

Last week I went to the zoo at Ramniwas Garden in Jaipur with my parents. I saw a number of animals and birds there. In animals section, I saw white lions, tawny lions, tigers, white and black bears, elephants, zebra, jackals, hyenas, monkeys, deer, crocodiles etc. In the birds section, I saw white peacocks and white pigeons, colourful parrots and sparrows, cranes, ostriches etc. I enjoyed feeding them grains and watching their gleeful activities.
