(i) What sights of sufferings did prince Siddhartha see and why did he leave his palace and family? (The Sermon at Benares)

He saw four sights: a man bent with old age, a person afflicted with sickness, a corpse, and a wandering ascetic. It was the fourth sight, that of a wandering ascetic, that filled Siddhartha with a sense of urgency to find out what lay at the root of human suffering. Siddhartha left the luxury of the palace.

Answer: The tiger is not in its natural habitat—the jungle. the lie is locked in a cage made up of cement and concrete. He keeps on stalking inside his cage from one side to the other. He is walking in a quiet rage with his heels which are padded like velvet.

The old religious man quoted a text to prove his point. The text read that only God can love her (Anne Gregory) for ‘herself alone. Only God can love her and accept her as she really is. God never loves her for her external physical beauty.

Madame Loisel’s husband was forced to pick up a second job, and the couple worked endlessly for ten years to pay off the genuine necklace.
