22. Report Writing
एक रिपोर्ट एक वस्तुनिष्ठ व तथ्यात्मक दस्तावेज होता है जो सूचना को एक व्यवस्थित प्रारूप में प्रस्तुत करता है तथा एक निश्चित पाठक तथा उद्देश्य के लिए होता है।
Types of Report ( रिपोर्ट के प्रकार) रिपोर्ट अनेक प्रकार की होती हैं जैसे समाचार पत्र रिपोर्ट, मैगजीन रिपोर्ट, कार्यालयी रिपोर्ट, व्यावसायिक रिपोर्ट, तकनीकी रिपोर्ट आदि।
नोट-आपके बोर्ड परीक्षा प्रश्न पत्र में सामान्यतः समाचार पत्र रिपोर्ट या मैग्जीन रिपोर्ट ही पछी गई हैं. अतः इन्हें ही यहाँ समझाया जा रहा है।

नोट – मैगजीन रिपोर्ट में भी ठीक इस ही तरह लिखना होता है, केवल बिन्दु संख्या 3 में नाम के बाद Student, Class XII लिख दें तथा बिन्दु चार में दिनांक आवश्यक होने पर ही लिखें।
Points to be included (सम्मिलित करने योग्य बिन्दु)
1. तथ्यात्मकता-रिपोर्ट में तथ्य (facts) सम्मिलित करें। अंदाजा बिल्कुल भी न लगाएँ।
2. गवाह-रिपोर्ट में गवाहों के कथन सम्मिलित करें, जिन्होंने घटना आँखों से देखी हो।
3. सूचना का स्रोत – आपको सूचना देने वाला जिम्मेदार व्यक्ति कौन था, जैसे – अस्पताल अधीक्षक, थानेदार, पार्षद, प्रधानाचार्य आदि।
4. रिपोर्ट में अधिकतर Past Tenses का प्रयोग करें।
रिपोर्ट अधिकांशतः Active Voice तथा Direct Speech में लिखें।
6. रिपोर्ट में अंग्रेजी के सामान्य शब्दों का प्रयोग करें, किन्तु रिपोर्ट जिस व्यवसाय (profession) से संबंधित है उस profession की तकनीकी शब्दावली का प्रयोग करें।
7. रिपोर्ट में छोटे, सुन्दर/आकर्षक तथा व्याकरण की दृष्टि से सही वाक्यों का प्रयोग करें। Variety of sentences (वाक्य संरचना भिन्नता) का प्रयोग करें।
8. रिपोर्ट स्पष्ट (clear) होनी चाहिए। इसको पढ़ने से confusion नहीं होना चाहिए।

Jaipur, 11 March 20XX : The Deptt. of Electronics of MNIT, Jaipur published a report yesterday on the ‘hazards of overuse of mobile phones. Ramesh Kumar, HOD, Deptt. of Electronics stated that overuse of mobile phones is hazardous.
Mobile phones have infrared waves in them They have radiation in them. When we cling a mobile phone to our car a number of times, the radiation harms the soft nerves of our ear. In due course, our nerves are damaged and hearing impairment is caused. The radiatioirment is caused.
The radiation of mobile phones causes spin diseases in the long run. It also causes irritations, anger etc in us. Moreover, it becomes an addiction. It does not leave spare time for family members, neighbours, friends, relatives etc. The user does not remain social any more. It is a costly gadget. The over-user would like to have a latest one even on a loan. The department has decided to awaken people about the hazards of overuse of mobile phones.
मोबाइल फोन के अतिप्रयोग के खतरे

जयपुर 11 मार्च 20XX: MNIT जयपुर के इलेक्ट्रोनिक्स डिपार्टमेंट ने कल मोबाइल फोन के अति प्रयोग पर एक रिपोर्ट प्रकाशित की। रमेश कुमार HOD, डिपार्टमेंट ऑव इलेक्ट्रोनिक्स ने बताया कि मोबाइल फोन का अति प्रयोग हानिकारक है। मोबाइल फोन्स में अवरक्त तरंगें होती हैं। उनमें रेडिएशन (विकिरण) होता है। जब हम मोबाइल फोन को अनेक बार कान से चिपकाते हैं तो विकिरण हमारे कान की मुलायम तंत्रिकाओं को नुकसान पहुंचाता है।
लम्बे समय में हमारी तंत्रिकाएँ खराब हो जायेंगी और बहरापन उत्पन्न हो जायेगा। मोबाइल फोन का विकिरण अंततोगत्वा चर्म रोग उत्पन्न कर देता है। यह हमारे अन्दर चिड़चिड़ापन, क्रोध आदि भी उत्पन्न कर देता है। इससे भी अधिक यह एक व्यवसन बन जाता है। यह परिजनों, पड़ोसियों, मित्रों, रिश्तेदारों आदि के लिए भी समय नहीं रहने देता। प्रयोगकर्ता, सामाजिक भी नहीं रह पाता है। यह एक कीमती उपकरण है। अत्यधिक प्रयोगकर्ता ऋण उधार लेकर भी एक अद्यतन मोबाइल रखना चाहेगा। विभाग ने मोबाइल फोन के अति प्रयोग के खतरों के बारे में लोगों को जाग्रत करने का निश्चय किया है।

Pawata, 11 Jan. 2OXX : A sleeper coach. Ri 14 PA 1010 of Kaipana Travels. Jaipur collided with a truck, HR 22 GA 2020 near Pawata, Tehsil Shahapura, district Jaipur around 7.00 am. as reported by the SHO, Police Station, Pawata. The bus was standing at Pawata near the main road. The above mentioned truck was overtaking another truck. It lost balalance and rammed into the sleeper coach from behind. The back portion of the coach slightly damaged. No death has been reportçd yet.
Five passengers had head injury as reported by the Medical Superintendent. Govt. Hospital, Pawata. After primary medical aids, they have been referred to SMS Hospital Jaipur. Rest of the passengers were normal but a bit psychologically puzzled.The truck driver has been arrested. He was found under the effect of wine as reported by the SHO Police station, Pawata. Kalpana Travels sent another sleeper coach to Pawata to carry the passengers to Delhi.

पावटा, 11 जनवरी 20XX: कल्पना ट्रेवल्स, जयपुर की गद्देदार शायिका बस RJ 14 PA 1010 एक ट्रक HR 22 GA 2020 से जयपुर जिले की शाहपुरा तहसील के पावटा कस्बे के पास लगभग प्रात: 7.00 बजे के आसपास टकरा गया, जैसा कि पुलिस स्टेशन, पावटा के थानेदार ने बताया। बस, सड़क के पास, पावटा पर खड़ी थी।
उपर्युक्त उल्लिखित ट्रक एक अन्य ट्रक से आगे निकल रहा था। इसने सन्तुलन खो दिया और पीछे से गद्देदार शायिका वाली बस में घुस गया। बस का पिछला भाग हल्का क्षतिग्रस्त हो गया। अभी तक किसी के हताहत होने का समाचार नहीं है। पाँच सवारियों के सिर में चोट आई जैसा कि सरकारी अस्पताल, पावटा के अस्पताल अधीक्षक ने बताया।
प्राथमिक उपचार के बाद उन्हें SMS अस्पताल जयपुर के लिए रैफर कर दिया गया है । शेष यात्री सामान्य थे किन्तु मानसिक रूप से थोड़ा परेशान थे। ट्रक चालक को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है। उसे शराब के नशे में पाया गया जैसा कि पुलिस स्टेशन, पावटा के थानेदार महोदय ने बताया। कल्पना ट्रेवल्स ने यात्रियों को दिल्ली पहुंचाने के लिए दूसरी गद्देदार शायिका बस भेज दी है।

Jaipur, 11 March 20XX : Yesterday, a lad drowned in SMS stadium swimming pool, as raported by the Chairperson, Sports Council, SMS stadium, Jaipur. The lad, named Sonu, was a ragpicker. ‘He climbed over the pool wall during off hours’ said the eyewitness, Ramesh Kumar, the resident of the house adjacent the pool.
He bathed in it as there was only underwear on his body. He drowned somehow. He did not receive any help as nobody was there. When the pool was opened at 5.00 p.m., his body was found floating on the water. The watchman reported the matter to the chairperson.
The body of the boy was brought out. He was sent to the SMS Hospital, Jaipur. The doctors declared him dead. His body has been kept in the mortuary as there was no claimant. His friends or relatives (if any) can take his body by showing the proof. After a week his body will be burnt.
एस.एम.एस. स्टेडियम के तरणताल में एक बालक डूबा

जयपुर, 11 मार्च 20XX कल एसएमएस स्टेडियम के तरणताल में एक बालक डूब गया, अधीक्षक, खेल परिषद् एसएमएस स्टेडियम, जयपुर ने बताया। बालक जिसका नाम सोनू था एक कचरा बीनने वाला था। ‘वह ऑफ आवर्स (तरणताल बन्द होने के समय) तरणताल की दीवार पर चढ़कर अन्दर चला गया’, रमेश कुमार, तरणताल से सटे घर के निवासी, प्रत्यक्ष गवाह ने बताया। वह इसमें नहाया क्योंकि उसके शरीर पर केवल चड्ढी थी।
उसे कोई सहायता नहीं मिली क्योंकि वहाँ कोई नहीं था। 5 बजे जब तरणताल खोला गया, तब उसका शरीर पानी पर तैरते पाया गया। चौकीदार ने मामले की सूचना अधीक्षक को दी। उस बालक के शरीर को बाहर निकाला गया। उसे एसएमएस अस्पताल जयपुर भेजा गया। डॉक्टर ने उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया।
उसके शव को शवघर में रख दिया गया क्योंकि वहाँ उसका कोई दावेदार नहीं था। उसके मित्र या रिश्तेदार (यदि कोई हैं) तो प्रमाण दिखाकर उसे ले सकते हैं। एक सप्ताह बाद उसका दाह संस्कार कर दिया जायेगा।

Nangal Teju, 21 March 20XX : Double Decker Superfast Train, 26589, from Jaipur to Sarai Rohilla collided yesterday with a private bus at the railway crossing no 1067 at the village Nangal Teju near Bawal Tehsil of the Rewari district of Haryana state as told by the Divisional Railway Manager (North). Lukily the bus was empty. The bus driver was a teenager.
The train hit only the last part of the bus. The bus turned turtle. The bus driver got injuries. He had been taken to the Govt. Hospital, Bawal. The rail engine had only minor damage. The train reached safely to its destination. The railway track had been checked and found correct.
The Chowkidar was suspended. He had left the gates open. Under the influence of the medicines which he had taken because of illness, he fell asleep and could not shut the railway crossing. Another Chowkidar has been posted.
डबल डेकर ट्रेन, एक बस से टकराई

नांगल तेजू, 21 मार्च 20XX : डबल डेकर सुपरफास्ट ट्रेन, 26589, जयपुर से सराय रोहिल्ला, हरियाणा राज्य के रेवाड़ी जिले की बावल तहसील के पास के गांव नांगल तेजू के रेलवे क्रासिंग संख्या 1067 पर कल एक प्राइवेट बस से टकरा गई, जैसा कि डिविजनल रेलवे मैनेजर (उत्तर) ने बताया। सौभाग्य से बस खाली थी। बस ड्राइवर टीनेजर था। ट्रेन ने बस के अंतिम भाग को ही टक्कर मारी। बस पलट गई। बस ड्राइवर को चोटें आईं।
उसे सरकारी अस्पताल, बावल ले जाया गया। रेल इंजन को हल्की सी क्षति पहुँची। गाड़ी अपने गंतव्य पर सुरक्षित पहुँच गई । रेल लाइन को जाँचा गया व सही पाया गया। चौकीदार को निलंबित कर दिया गया। उसने गेट को खुला छोड़ दिया था। दवाओं के प्रभाव के अन्दर जो कि उसने बीमारी के कारण ली थी, वह सो गया था और रेलवे क्रासिंग को बन्द नहीं कर सका। दूसरे चौकीदार को नियुक्त कर दिया गया है।

Jaipur, 11 Feb. 20XX : Fire burnt Harshita Textile factory in Sitapura Industrial Area as told by the Manager of the factory. The fire started in the godown of the manufactured clothes. The fire burnt the clothes stored in the godown. The loss has been estimated of almost ₹ 10 lac.
The cause of the fire identified uptill now is short circuit. Because of overheating of the cables, there was short circuit in the godown. The fire extinguishers of the factory remained ineffective before the intensity of the blaze. The fire brigade was called.
Three fire fighting vehicles threw water together. Then only it could be controlled. The fire could have spread to the nearby other textile mills. There was insurance of the manufactured cloths. There was no loss of life. All the workers are safe.
आग ने सीतापुरा औद्योगिक क्षेत्र में एक वस्त्र फैक्ट्री को जलाया

जयपुर, 11 फरवरी 20XX: सीतापुरा औद्योगिक क्षेत्र में हर्षिता टेक्सटाइल फैक्ट्री आग से जल गई, जैसाकि फैक्ट्री के मैनेजर ने बताया। आग, निर्मित कपड़ों के गोदाम में लगी। आग ने गोदाम में संग्रहित कपड़ों को जला दिया। नुकसान का आंकलन लगभग 10 लाख रुपये का है। आग का कारण जो अब तक पता लगाया गया है वह शार्ट सर्किट है ।
तारों के अत्यधिक गर्म हो जाने के कारण गोदाम में शार्ट सर्किट हो गया। आग की तेजी के आगे फैक्ट्री के आग बुझाने वाले यंत्र अप्रभावी रहे । फायर ब्रिगेड.को बुलाया गया। तीन आग बुझाने वाले वाहनों ने एक साथ पानी फेंका। तब जाकर ही इसे नियन्त्रित किया जा सका। आग पास की ही अन्य कपड़ा मिलों तक फैल सकती थी। निर्मित कपड़ों का बीमा किया हुआ था। जीवन का कोई नुकसान नहीं हुआ। सभी कामगार सुरक्षित हैं।

A Maruti Swift of white colour no. RJ 14 CA 3030 rammed into a truck no. HR 32 GA 4343 in Jodhpur city near RSRTC Bus Stand around 11.00 p.m. as told by the SHO, City Police Station, Jodhpur. The truck was plying with fast speed. The car was just behind this truck.
The car driver wanted to overtake it. Suddenly a group of fighting dogs came in front of the truck. The driver applied the power brakes. The car driver was unprepared to this situation. He applied the brakes. Even then the car powerfully rammed into the truck.
The car driver and the passenger by his side died on the spot as told by the SHO. The passengers sitting at the back seat of the car had minor injuries. They were taken to Govt. Hospital, Bus Stand, Jodhpur. The police has registered the case. The investigation is on.

जोधपुर, 11 अप्रैल 20XX: सफेद रंग की मारुति स्विफ्ट कार नम्बर RJ14 CA3030 जोधपुर शहर में RSRTC बस स्टेण्ड के समीप रात 11.00 बजे HR 32 GA 4343 नम्बर के एक ट्रक में घुस गई, जैसाकि जोधपुर सदर पुलिस स्टेशन के थानेदार ने बताया। ट्रक तेज गति से चल रहा था। कार इस ट्रक के पीछे थी।
कार ड्राइवर इसे ओवरटेक करना चाह रहा था। अचानक लड़ते हुए कुत्तों का एक समूह ट्रक के आगे आ गया। ड्राइवर ने पावर ब्रेक लगाये। कार ड्राइवर इस स्थिति के लिए तैयार नहीं था।
उसने ब्रेक लगाये। कार फिर भी ताकत के साथ ट्रक में घुस गई। कार ड्राइवर तथा उसके बगल में बैठी सवारी तत्काल मर गई, जैसाकि SHO ने बताया। कार की पिछली सीट पर बैठी सवारियों को हल्की चोटें आईं। उन्हें सरकारी अस्पताल बस स्टेण्ड, जोधपुर ले जाया गया। पुलिस ने केस दर्ज कर लिया है। जांच जारी है।

People have taken shelter on the roofs. The govt. and the NGOs have been active. Light plastic boats have been pressed into service. Food packets are being distributed. The sick people are being taken to the hospital. Teams of doctors are visiting door to door.
Medicines, against the water borne diseases, are being distributed. Delivery cases are being attended at home or in serious cases in hospital. Blockades are being removed for the smooth outflaw of the flood water as told by the mayor, Municipal Corporation Jaipur. No death has been reported yet. People had aheady made the ‘safety measures.
तेज मानसून वर्षा से जयपुर शहर में बाढ़

जयपुर, 11 जुलाई 20XX: तेज मानसून वर्षा से जयपुर शहर में बाढ़ आ गई। पिछले तीन दिन से शहर में रुकरुक कर मूसलाधार वर्षा हो रही है। पुराने शहर में जल स्तर चार फीट तक पहुँच गया है। पुराने शहर की सड़कें तथा गलियाँ पानीमय हो गई हैं।
बाढ़ का पानी घरों व दुकानों में घुस गया है। लोगों ने छत पर शरण ली हुई है। सरकार व एनजीओ सक्रिय हो गये है। प्लास्टिक की हलकी नाव को प्रयोग में लिया जा रहा है। भोजन पैकेट वितरित किये जा रहे हैं। बीमारों को अस्पताल ले जाया जा रहा है। चिकित्सकों के समूह घर-घर जा रहे हैं ।
जल से होने वाली बीमारियों से सुरक्षा के लिए दवा वितरित की जा रही है। शिशु जन्म की प्रक्रिया के मामले घर पर ही और गंभीर मामलों को हास्पिटल में ले जाकर देखा जा रहा है। बाढ़ के पानी के आसानी से बाहर निकलने की बाधाओं को दूर किया जा रहा है, जैसाकि नगर निगम जयपुर के मेयर ने बताया। अभी तक किसी के मरने का समाचार नहीं है। लोगों ने पहले ही सुरक्षा इंतजाम कर लिये थे।

Jaipur, 11 Jan. 20XX : An earthquake caused havoc in Jaipur at night around 11.30 p.m. as told by the Home Miniter, Govt. of Rajasthan, Jaipur. It was of 6.9 intensity on richter scale. More damages have been caused in slum areas. The houses of the slum dwellers were not strong enough to withstand the earthquake. Slum dwellers were sleeping inside so they didn’t get a chance to come out.
Thirty three people have been reported to die up till now as told by the Health Minister. Almost one hundred people have sustained mild injuries. The govt. has announced an ex-gratia payment of Rs. two lac to the close relative of the deceased and the free treatment to the injured. For the reconstruction of their house ₹ 10,000 will be given to the family of each deceased. The well-constructed houses withstood the earthquake.
भूकम्प ने जयपुर में मचाई तबाही

जयपुर, 11 जनवरी 20XX: एक भूकम्प ने जयपुर में रात 11.30 बजे तबाही मचा दी, जैसाकि गृहमंत्री. राजस्थान सरकार, जयपुर ने बताया। यह रिक्टर स्केल पर 6.9 तीव्रता का था। अधिक नुकसान झुग्गी-झोंपड़ियों में हुआ। झुग्गी-झोंपड़ियों के निवासियों के घर भूकम्प की तीव्रता को सहन नहीं कर पाये। झुग्गीवासी अन्दर सो रहे थे इसलिए उन्हें बाहर निकलने का अवसर नहीं मिला।
अब तक 33 लोगों के मारे जाने की सूचना प्राप्त हुई है जैसाकि स्वास्थ्य मंत्री ने बताया। लगभग 100 लोगों को हल्की चोटें आई हैं। सरकार ने मृतक के नजदीकी रिश्तेदार को 2 लाख रुपये सहायतार्थ देने की घोषणा की तथा घायलों के निःशुल्क इलाज की घोषणा की है। प्रत्येक मृतक के परिवार को घर की मरम्मत के लिए ₹10000 दिये जायेंगे। मजबूत बने घरों ने भूकम्प को सहन कर लिया था।

Vishakhapatnam, 15 March 20XX : Tsunami caused havoc in Vishakhapatnam. Yesterday around 11.30 p.m. there were high waves in the sea beach as told by the Home Minister, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh. The waves entered the city. They were 15 metres high. People were sleeping.
The waves got full chance to cause havoc. The huge mass of water fell on the houses of the people repeatedly. Almost 200 houses near the seabeach were damaged badly. Fifty people are reported to die upto now. One hundred people are missing. Hundreds of animals like dogs, cats, cows, buffaloes, goats, sheeps have died. Various birds have also died.
Trees have been uprooted and they have blocked the roads and damaged the buildings. Shops are filled with water. The Govt. has pressed the Disaster management teams into service. Relief and rescue operations are on. In a week the situation will be under control.
सुनामी ने विशाखापट्टनम में मचाई तबाही

विशाखापट्टनम, 15 मार्च 20XX: सुनामी ने विशाखापतनम में तबाही मचाई। कल लगभग 11.30 बजे समुद्र के किनारे ऊँची लहरें उठी, जैसाकि गृहमंत्री आन्ध्र प्रदेश सरकार ने बताया। लहरें शहर में घुस गईं। वे 15 मीटर ऊँची थीं। लोग सो रहे थे। लहरों को तबाही मचाने का पूरा अवसर मिला।
जल का विशाल समूह लोगों के घर पर बारबार पड़ा। समुद्री किनारे के पास के लगभग 200 घर बुरी तरह क्षतिग्रस्त हो गये। अब तक 50 लोगों के मरने की सूचना है। एक सौ लोग गायब हैं। कई सौ जानवर जैसे कुत्ते, बिल्ली, गायें, भैंसें, बकरियाँ, भेड़ें आदि मर गये हैं। अनेक प्रकार के पक्षी भी मर गये हैं।

One of the serpents lifted its hood. Some of the devotees ran outside. They were followed by others too. The serpents were also scared. They too ran here and there. Some of the devotees cried, “Serpent! Serpent!’ The stampede become fierce.
People did not care for children or the aged or the sick or the women. They wanted to save their life. Somebody made a phone call to the police. The police arrived there very quickly. They instructed people not to run. People felt confident. The snake charmer was with police. He caught the serpents at once. The police carried 10 injured to the local hospital. Then the situation became normal.

चाकसू, 11 जनवरी 20XX : कल शीतला माता मेला, चाकसू में भगदड़ मच गई, जैसाकि एसएचओ पुलिस स्टेशन, चाकसू ने बताया। मेले के कारण मन्दिर कैम्पस में हजारों लोग एकत्रित हो गये थे। वे पूजा-पाठ कर रहे थे। अचानक कैम्पस में दो सर्प दिखाई दिये । भक्तजनों में भय व्याप्त हो गया। सों में से एक ने फन उठा लिया। कुछ भक्तगण बाहर की ओर दौड़ पड़े। उनके पीछे अन्य भी दौड़ लिये। सर्प भी भयभीत थे।
वे भी इधर-उधर दौड़ने लगे। कुछ भक्तगण चिल्लाने लगे। सर्प ! सर्प!’ भगदड़ खतरनाक हो गई। लोगों ने बच्चों, बूढ़ों, बीमार तथा महिलाओं की भी परवाह नहीं की। वे तो अपना जीवन बचाना चाहते थे। किसी ने पुलिस को फोन कर दिया। पुलिस वहाँ तत्काल पहुँच गई । उन्होंने लोगों से न दौड़ने को कहा। लोगों का विश्वास जगा। पुलिस के साथ सपेरा था। उसने तत्काल सर्पो को पकड़ लिया। पुलिस 10 घायलों को हॉस्पिटल ले गई। फिर स्थिति सामान्य हो गई।

Siachen : 21 March 20XX : Yesterday, an avalanche hit an Indian military base in northern Siachen glacier region at 10.00 p.m. as reported by the Base Officer. It buried ten soldiers under deep snow. Rescue operations by specialized teams of army and air force were under way.
The operations were coordinated from Leh and Udhampur. The incident highlighted the extreme risks the soliders face in manning the inhospitable terrain at heights of 21000 feet under extreme whether conditions. On an average India spends five crore a day for maintaining troops on the glacier.
More soldiers have been killed in Siachen glacier owing to extreme weather conditions. Over 870 soldiers have lost their lives owing to climatic conditions and environmental factors since 1984. The rescue operations were undertaken in -45°C temperature.
Soldiers’ bodies were recovered from 35 feet under the snow. The soliders’ families would be given all the benefits admissible.

सियाचिन, 21 मार्च 20XX : कल उत्तरी सियाचिन ग्लेशियर क्षेत्र में रात 10.00 बजे भारतीय सेना के बेस पर हिमस्खलन हुआ, जैसाकि बेस अफसर ने बताया। इससे दस सैनिक गहरी बर्फ में दब गये। थल सेना व वायु सेना की विशेष टीमें बचाव कार्य में जुटी हैं । बचाव कार्य को लेह व उधमपुर से समन्वय के साथ किया जा रहा है।
यह दुर्घटना दुःसाध्य भू क्षेत्रों की रक्षा में सैनिकों के सामने आने वाले कठोरतम खतरे हैं जो 21000 फीट की ऊँचाई पर कठोरतम मौसम परिस्थितियों में होते हैं । इस ग्लेशियर पर सेना बनाए रखने के लिए भारत पाँच करोड़ रुपये प्रतिदिन खर्च करता है। सियाचिन ग्लेशियर में ज्यादा सैनिक कठोरतम जलवायु के कारण मरे हैं।
1984 से अब तक 870 से भी अधिक सैनिक जलवायु परिस्थितियों तथा पर्यावरणीय कारकों के कारण मरे हैं । बचाव कार्य -45° सेल्शियस के तापमान में किये गये। सैनिकों के शव 35 फीट गहरी बर्फ के नीचे से निकाले गये हैं । सैनिकों के परिवारों को वे सभी लाभ मिलेंगे जो उनको देय हैं।

As they were excavating sand to fill in the trolley, huge mass of land slid from its place and fell heavily down on the trolley. The tractor, the trolley and both the men were buried under the sand. People from nearby area gathered there. Somebody made a call to Disaster Management Office.
After sometime the Disaster Management Team with the machines and other equipments reached there. It took much time in removing the sand and recovering the dead bodies. Warning has been issued not to excavate it further. It is sandy so it may come down any time. Nearby house members have been shifted to other places to ensure their safety. People thanked the govt. for its role.

कामपुर, 21 फरवरी 20XX : अलवर जिले के विराटनगर के पास कामपुर गाँव में भूस्खलन से दो लोग मर गये, जैसाकि अलवर के जिला प्राकृतिक आपदा प्रबंधन अफसर ने बताया। एक ट्रेक्टर नम्बर आरजे 02 जीए 1010 एक टीले से रेत लाने के लिए कामपुर गाँव गया था। जैसे ही ट्रोली भरने के लिए वे रेत खोद रहे थे, रेत का विशाल समूह खिसक कर नीचे आ गया तथा ट्रोली पर जोर से गिर गया। ट्रेक्टर, ट्रॉली तथा दोनों आदमी रेत के नीचे दब गये।
आसपास के लोग वहाँ एकत्रित हो गये। किसी ने आपदा प्रबंधन कार्यालय में फोन कर दिया। कुछ देर बाद आपदा प्रबंध टीम अपनी मशीनों तथा अन्य उपकरणों के साथ वहाँ पहुँच गई। रेत को हटाने में तथा शवों को ढूँढने में बहुत समय लगा। इसे आगे नहीं खोदने की चेतावनी दी गई है । यह रेतीला है और यह किसी भी समय नीचे आ सकता है।
आसपास के घरों के सदस्यों को अन्य स्थानों पर भेज दिया गया है ताकि उनकी सुरक्षा निश्चित हो सके। लोगों ने सरकार को इसकी भूमिका के लिए धन्यवाद दिया।

The Barren Island Volcano is on a remote and unrehabilitated island. It is off the country’s eastern coast. It was dormant for 150 years. It errupted in 1991. It errupted intermittenlly between 1995 and 2017.
Over eight hours of observation on January 23 and January 26 this year, the scientist saw ash clouds and fountains of red lava as told by the National Institute of Oceanography in a statement on Monday. The volcano errupted in bursts of cloud and smoke lasted for five or ten minutes.
It was a small erruption compared to the last major erruptions in 1991 and 1995 as told by the Chief Scientist, NIO, Goa. The teams took samples of sediments and water in the vicinity of volcano.

यह 150 वर्षों तक सोया रहा। यह 1991 में फटा। यह 1995 से 2017 के बीच में रुक-रुक कर फटता रहा। इस वर्ष 23 जनवरी व 26 जनवरी को आठ घण्टे से भी अधिक के पर्यवेक्षण से इसे वैज्ञानिकों ने राख के बादलों को लाल लावे के फव्वारों को देखा जैसा कि सागरीय अध्ययन के राष्ट्रीय संस्थान के वक्तव्य में सोमवार को बताया गया था।
ज्वालामुखी से बादल व धुआँ निकल पड़े जो पाँच या दस मिनिट तक चले। 1991 व 1993 के विस्फोट की तुलना में यह विस्फोट बहुत छोटे स्तर का था जैसा कि एनआईओ गोवा के मुख्य वैज्ञानिक ने बताया। टीम ने सेडिमेन्ट के तथा पानी के जो ज्वालामुखी के आसपास थे, के सैम्पल ले लिये हैं।

The fuel of the plane of Indian Airlines was near to end. The pilot was in a hurry to land it. Some of its key instruments got defective. In the mean time the Dubai flight was to reach Jaipur. Both the planes collided mid air-near Chaksu. One hundred passengers have been reported to die.

जयपुर, 15 मार्च 20XX : दुबई एयरवेज का जहाज कल लगभग रात्रि 10.30 बजे जयपुर के निकट इण्डियन एयरलाइन्स के जहाज से टकराया गया, जैसाकि सांगानेर एयरपोर्ट जयपुर के मैनेजर (ऑपरेशन्स) ने बताया। मौसम तूफानी था। आकाश में काले बादल थे। इण्डियन एयरलाइन्स के जहाज का ईंधन खत्म होने वाला था।
पायलट इसे शीघ्रातिशीघ्र जमीन पर उतारना चाहता था। इसके कुछ महत्त्वपूर्ण उपकरण भी खराब हो गये थे। इस बीच दुबई की फ्लाइट को जयपुर पहुंचना था। दोनों जहाज चाकसू के समीप बीच आकाश में टकरा गये। एक सौ यात्रियों के मरने की सूचना है। सैंतीस लोग इण्डियन एयरलाइन्स के जहाज पर सवार थे।

जयपुर, 28 फरवरी 20XX : जयपुर के एसएमएस इन्वेस्टमेंट ग्राउण्ड पर दिनांक 21 फरवरी से 28 फरवरी के बीच राष्ट्रीय पुस्तक मेला आयोजित किया गया, जैसाकि अध्यक्ष, राजस्थान बुक ट्रस्ट ने बताया। पुस्तक मेले को चार भागों में बाँटा गया था.अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय, राष्ट्रीय, राज्य व स्थानीय प्रकाशक ।
इन्हें पुनः अंग्रेजी, हिन्दी व क्षेत्रीय प्रकाशकों में बाँटा गया। कुल 400 स्टालें थीं, एक सौ स्टालें प्रत्येक भाग के लिए। इसका एक भाग मनोरंजन व फूड कोर्ट के लिए था। चार करोड़ का व्यापार प्रतिदिन हो रहा था। जयपुर ज्ञान का केन्द्र है। अन्य राज्यों व राष्ट्रों के विद्यार्थी यहाँ पढ़ते हैं। जयपुरवासी भी पुस्तक प्रेमी हैं।
यह अनुमान लगाया गया है कि 32 करोड़ रुपये का व्यापार किया गया है। सभी पुस्तकें एक छत के नीचे पाकर जनता भी खुश थी। स्टॉल मालिक भी पाठकों की जबरदस्त अनुक्रिया से अभिभूत थे।

All the matches were played in the Badminton Hall of the school. There were three courts in the hall. There were six empires and one chief refree. All the matches were played between 9.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. All the districts had colourful game uniforms.
Every team was to play two singles and one doubles. Every game was of twenty one points. School classrooms were opened for sports persons stay. All the arrangements were made. Food packets were given to each player everyday two times. These were arranged from students’ home. Winner and Runner were given trophy by the DEO (Sec.) Jaipur-First. It was a memorable event for the school and the students.

प्रत्येक टीम को दो सिंगल्स तथा एक डबल्स मैच खेलना था। प्रत्येक गेम 21 अंकों का था। खिलाडियों को विद्यालय के कक्षाकक्षों में ठहराया गया था। सभी प्रबंध किये गये थे। प्रत्येक खिलाड़ी को दिन में दो बार भोजन पैकेट दिये जाते थे। ये विद्यार्थियों के घरों से व्यवस्था की गई थी। विजेता तथा उप विजेता को डीईओ माध्यमिक जयपुर प्रथम जयपुर द्वारा पुरस्कार दिये गये। यह विद्यालय तथा विद्यार्थियों के लिए यादगारपूर्ण कार्यक्रम था।

Sanganer : Our school, Govt. Sr. Sec. School, Sanganer, organised remedial classes for the weak students of class XII. When the Principal, Shri Kailash Arya knew that most of the students in class XII were weak in English, Maths and Science subjects, he arranged for the remedial classes for the students.
The time of the classes was before the school time. Every period was of thirty minutes. Every day we had two periods of these subjects-regular period and remedial period. The teachers got sufficient time to clear the concepts of the difficult topics to weak students. The school ensured the regularity of the students for the remedial classes.
The given homework was checked regularly. Regular presence, regular homework, clearance of concepts and regular evaluation of the remedial classes helped the students a lot to remove their weakness. The remedial classes raised their knowledge very much. These students obtained outstanding marks in annual examination.
उपचारात्मक शिक्षण ने किस तरह ज्ञान बढ़ाया (हरि, मॉनिटर, कक्षा XII) सांगानेर : हमारे विद्यालय राजकीय उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय, सांगानेर ने कक्षा XII के कमजोर विद्यार्थियों के लिए उपचारात्मक शिक्षण कक्षाओं की व्यवस्था की। जब प्रधानाचार्य श्री कैलाश आर्य ने यह जाना कि कक्षा XII के अधिकांश विद्यार्थी अंग्रेजी, गणित व विज्ञान में कमजोर थे तो उन्होंने इन विद्यार्थियों के लिए उपचारात्मक शिक्षण कक्षाओं की व्यवस्था की। कक्षाओं का समय विद्यालय समय से पूर्व रखा गया। प्रत्येक कालांश 30 मिनिट का होता था। नित्य प्रति इन विषयों के दो कालांश आते थ
नियमित कालांश तथा उपचारात्मक कालांश । शिक्षकों को कमजोर विद्यार्थियों को कठिन टॉपिक्स की अवधारणाओं को स्पष्ट करने का पर्याप्त समय मिल गया था। विद्यालय ने उपचारात्मक कक्षाओं में विद्यार्थियों की उपस्थिति को सुनिश्चित किया। दिये गये गृहकार्य को नियमित जाँचा गया। नियमित उपस्थिति, नियमित गृहकार्य, अवधारणाओं का स्पष्टीकरण तथा उपचारात्मक शिक्षण के नियमित मूल्यांकन ने विद्यार्थियों की कमजोरी दूर करने में सहायता की। उपचारात्मक शिक्षण ने उनके ज्ञान के स्तर को अत्यधिक बढ़ा दिया। इन विद्यार्थियों ने वार्षिक परीक्षा में श्रेष्ठ अंक प्राप्त किये।

Haripura : Inter-class vocabulary competition improved spoken English of the students of our Govt. Sr. Sec. School, Haripura, Chaksu, Jaipur. Principal, Shri Madan Lal Shama planned to improve the spoken English of the students. He organised inter class vocabulary competition for class 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th. It was held for two days. First day, the competition was for the common words.
The students had to learn a lot of words to be the winner in the competition. It improved the word power of common words of these students. The next day there was the competition for the technical words related to education, health, market, offices, computer, automobile etc. The students had to learn the technical words related to these professions.
The vocabulary of other students improved too when they listened to the words of participating students. Thus, one small vision of the Principal helped the whole school to improve the knowledge of English words. This knowledge motivated the students to speak in English. They tried it. And gradually their spokem English was improved.
अन्तर कक्षा शब्द प्रतिस्पर्द्धा ने अंग्रेजी अभिव्यक्ति को सुधारा

हरिपुरा : अन्तर कक्षा शब्द प्रतिस्पर्धा ने राजकीय उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय, हरिपुरा चाकसू, जयपुर के विद्यार्थियों की अंग्रेजी अभिव्यक्ति को सुधारा । प्रधानाचार्य श्री मदन लाल शर्मा ने विद्यार्थियों की बोलचाल अंग्रेजी को सुधारने की योजना बनाई। उन्होंने कक्षा 9वीं, 10वीं, 11वीं तथा 12वीं की कक्षाओं के लिए अन्तर कक्षा शब्द प्रतिस्पर्धा आयोजित की।
प्रथम दिन प्रतिस्पर्धी सामान्य शब्दों के लिए थी। प्रतिस्पर्धा में विजेता बनने के लिए विद्यार्थियों को अनेक शब्द सीखने पड़े। इसने इन विद्यार्थियों के सामान्य शब्दों की जानकारी को काफी बढ़ा दिया। अगले दिन तकनीकी शब्दों के लिए प्रतिस्पर्धा थी जैसे शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, मार्केट, कार्यालयी, कम्प्यूटर, परिवहन आदि।
विद्यार्थियों को इन व्यवसायों से संबंधित शब्दों को सीखना पड़ा। अन्य छात्रों का शब्द ज्ञान भी सुधरा क्योंकि उन्होंने प्रतिभागी विद्यार्थियों के शब्दों को सुना। इस प्रकार, प्रधानाचार्य के एक छोटे से विजन ने सम्पूर्ण विद्यालय के अंग्रेजी शब्दों के ज्ञान को सुधारा । इस ज्ञान ने विद्यार्थियों को अंग्रेजी में बोलने के लिए प्रेरित किया। उन्होंने प्रयास किया और धीरे-धीरे बोलचाल का अंग्रेजी ज्ञान सुधर गया।

Banswara : Our Govt. Sr. Sec. School, Banswara, organised an SUPW Camp for ten days. It gave us some of the best learnings of life. It was planned as best as possible by our SUPW Teacher. So we learnt how to make a good plan. We learnt social harmony through this camp. The students in one group were to work together in cooperation and coordination. Thus we learnt the arts of cooperation and coordination.
The importance of these two values in life was learnt. We learnt to draw sketches of the great men. How the emotions on the face are shown. What were the mental and moral qualities of these great men? We cleaned our classrooms and the campus of the school.
We learnt the importance of cleanliness in life. We learnt the dignity of labour. We learnt that all are equal. We played together. We learnt brotherhood. We cooked together. We learnt love and peace.
SUPW कैम्प के माध्यम से शिक्षा

बाँसवाड़ा : हमारे राजकीय उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय, बाँसवाड़ा में 10 दिन के लिए एक SUPW कैम्प का आयोजन किया गया। इससे हमें जीवन की कुछ श्रेष्ठतम शिक्षाएँ मिलीं। हमारे SUPW शिविर शिक्षक ने इसकी अच्छी से अच्छी योजना बनाई। अतः हमने एक अच्छी योजना बनाना सीखा। हमने इस कैम्प के माध्यम से अच्छी से अच्छी योजना बनाना सीखा।
हमने इस कैम्प के माध्यम से सामाजिक समरसता सीखी। विद्यार्थियों को अपने समूह में सहकारिता तथा समन्वय से कार्य करना था। इस प्रकार हमने सहकारिता व समन्वय की कलाएँ सीखीं। जीवन में इन मूल्यों के महत्त्व को सीखा। हमने महान व्यक्तियों की तस्वीरें बनाना सीखीं। चेहरे पर भाव कैसे दिखाए जाते हैं।
इन महान व्यक्तियों के मानसिक व नैतिक गुण क्या थे। हमने अपने कक्षाकक्ष व विद्यालय का कैम्पस साफ किया। हमने जीवन में सफाई का महत्त्व सीखा। हमने श्रम की गरिमा को सीखा। हमने सीखा कि सभी समान हैं। हम साथ खेले। हमने भाईचारा सीखा। हमने साथ पकाया। हमने प्रेम व शान्ति सीखी।

Bikaner : The morning assembly of our Govt. Sr. Sec. School, Bikaner, has attracted students very much. The morning assembly is full of enjoyment. It is full of Indian values. It is full of knowledge. It is a personality development period. After the prayer bell, all the students come to the assembly ground. They form their queues themselves without noise.
All the arrangements related to the prayer are made by the responsible students. Singing of the National song in chorus with music is the first activity. It has classical tune. Students master it. Then the students do Yoga and Pranayama under the directions of the Physical Education Teacher (PET).
They strengthen their physique and mind. Then they sing prayer with musical instrument. It vibrates the heart and soul. They learn how to be spiritual. Then, the responsible student reads the news items for the day. They learn about the happenings of the world.
Then they write questions of GK under the guidance of the responsible teacher. It prepares them for future competitions. In the end, National Anthem is sung. It makes them patriotic.
प्रार्थना कैसे विद्यार्थियों को आकर्षित करती है

बीकानेर : हमारे राजकीय उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय, बीकानेर की प्रार्थना सभा ने विद्यार्थियों को बहुत अधिक आकर्षित किया है। प्रार्थना सभा आनन्द से परिपूर्ण है। यह भारतीय मूल्यों से परिपूर्ण है। यह ज्ञान से परिपूर्ण है। यह व्यक्तित्व विकास का कालांश है । प्रार्थना की घंटी के बाद सभी विद्यार्थी प्रार्थना स्थल पर आते हैं ।
वे बिना शोर के अपनी पंक्तियाँ स्वयं बनाते हैं। प्रार्थना से संबंधित सभी व्यवस्थाएँ जिम्मेदार विद्यार्थियों द्वारा की जाती हैं । राष्ट्र गीत को संगीत के साथ एक साथ गाना, प्रार्थना की पहली गतिविधि है। इसमें शास्त्रीय लय होती है। विद्यार्थी इसमें निपुण हो जाते हैं । फिर विद्यार्थी पीईटी के निर्देशन में योग व प्राणायाम करते हैं।
वे अपने शरीर व दिमाग को ताकतवर करते हैं। फिर वे संगीत के साथ प्रार्थना गायन करते हैं। यह दिल व आत्मा को झंकृत कर देती है। वे आध्यात्मिक होना सीखते हैं। फिर, जिम्मेदार विद्यार्थी उस दिन के समाचार पढ़ता है। वे विश्व की घटनाओं की जानकारी लेते हैं। फिर वे जिम्मेदार शिक्षक के नेतृत्व में सामान्य ज्ञान के प्रश्न लिखते हैं। यह उन्हें भावी प्रतियोगिताओं के लिए तैयार करती है । अन्त में, राष्ट्रगान गाते हैं। इससे वे राष्ट्रभक्त बनते हैं।
